Typical Breakfast

Breakfast is available to us at about 8:45 each morning. It is a buffet with only the purest, freshest, healthiest ingredients that can be found. I will miss this when I go home! Care to join me for breakfast this morning? Here's mine:

Bananas, dragonfruit, papaya, little coconut cakes
Large glass of fresh coconut water
Coffee with coconut cream and brown coconut sugar
Protein bowl...

The base I prefer is quinoa. I added crushed walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds. Freshly steamed brocoli and and bit of miso soup with tempeh tie it together. I also add one soft-boiled egg. That which looks like raw fish on the right is simply mild, young coconut meat freshly scooped out of the shell.
Done. That'll hold me til suppertime.

I usually eat on the restaurant's porch, watching the sky and the boats. From my left to right - next to me is Zoe, our wonderful and delightful Chinese interpreter. Then some of the mountains and the boats. And to the far right is our teacher, Ellen Watson, the woman with decades of wisdom that she's trying to teach us in four weeks.
